The BITCCI Group AG is a stock company - the share capital is divided into 50 Billion shares. These shares will be tokenized to the BITCCI Equity Token in Q4 / 2024. The BITCCI Equity Token will be based on the Polygon Blockchain to make sure that transactions can be made fast and with very low costs. We are already in the process of applying for an approval from regulators to offer the BITCCI Equity Token to the public in Q4/2024. In addition we prepare concepts for the future secondary market respectively the listing of the BITCCI Equity Token on regulated exchanges.
